Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order, we recommend Job Owner / Job Seeker communicate with each other regarding the workstream and express the concerns efficiently with simple communication. If the problem persists, you can contact BlueHippo Customer Support for any assistance to get things resolved.
The Job Seeker should stop working on the project immediately.
If the Job Owner and the Job Seeker agree to end a project that is in progress, or if the work is no longer needed, you can cancel your project anytime. You can do this only when there are no milestone payments or invoices are pending.
Refund Policy:
Refunds cannot be done on our BlueHippo application.
